Previous: 95 feet (6 levels) with a 117-foot mechanical penthouse.

Updated: 65 feet (4 levels) with an 87-foot mechanical penthouse and some sections at 50 feet (3 levels).

Previous: Concerns about a "corporate, soul-less" glass and metal building.

Updated: More emphasis on traditional materials like brick to fit the neighborhood character.

Previous: General commitment to planting.

Updated: More explicit focus on integrating greenery onto the building itself and enhancing landscaping.

Previous: Larger massing cast more shadows.

Updated: Building was reconfigured to reduce shadows on the park and nearby areas. New focus on improvements to Ahern Field.
